Weight Watcher came out with this years ago without the water. I have made many cakes and even won an award with added cooked sliced apples, Splenda brn sugar and walnuts on top. Submitted by:

These are great! So easy, and such a nice little snack for very few calories. I freeze them and take one out a day, for dessert. Submitted by:

Making these right now. Did 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup water, a few dashes of nutmeg, cinnamon, & pumpkin spice, and 1 egg white. Next time I will try to add flaxseed for extra fiber. They were VERY good. I like to eat them warmed (microwave 15 seconds) Submitted by:

My family loved this recipe once I tweaked it. We have more of a sweet tooth... I followed the recipe to the tee but added 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and 4 packets of Equal (the blue stuff). I also added a drop of food coloring to Fat Free Cool Whip and that became the icing! Delicious!! Submitted by:

I have made these a couple times and think they are so easy and delicious! I added 3 Tbs. of chocolate chips, so it's just enough to randomly pop up in a muffin but won't set the calories back too much. Next time I'll add some additional pumpkin spice to up that pumpkin flavor. Also, 1 egg white. Submitted by:

These were yummy, just like pumpkin pie! Even my kids loved them! Next time after baking I will freeze them and take just one out at a time so I don't eat two at once! They would probly taste yummy with some fat free whip cream to0. I can't have eggs so this was perfect for me. Submitted by:

I made these for the first time last night. Added walnuts to increase the protein, and they were pretty tasty for the amount of calories. I will definitely be making these regularly. Submitted by:

Loved this recipe---for just a few more calories I added 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to help curb that urge for chocolate!!! Submitted by:

I left out a bit of the water and added some egg whites for protein, and then threw in some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Delicious!! Will try with chopped walnuts next! Submitted by:

Very tasty and low calorie, too! I don't normally do "instant stuff", either but these are hard to resist. I will definitely make these again - I have taken them on a retreat and they were very popular. Submitted by:

I love them! I have one every morning with my slim fast shake. Someone said that they would be good with fat free whip cream on top as frosting - I'll have to try that one for dessert! Thanks for the recipe!! Submitted by:

I make these all the time. You can use any kind of cake mix. I especially like devil's food cake mix. Also, if you are one that likes frosting, use a tablespoon or 2 of no fat/low fat cool whip. YUMMY Submitted by:
