Not too shabby! But I will have to halve the sodium next time. Way too much of it for the amount of sweet potatoes.
I used my Kitchenaid and cut them quite thin. I went a bit over the time and lost some to total carbon but others were still great to eat.
I'm going to pair these with my lunches these week! I have all the seasonings, except I'm going to leave out the sugar! Gracias!
Made this tonight. Super tasty. Our sweet potato didn't need the brown sugar to be sweet and spicy. Saving this one.
Used Smoked paprika and the sugar, WE LOVED IT
