I modified this a little to save on calories & fat. I used whole wheat spaghetti, fat free cottage cheese, 93% lean ground turkey, Tastefully Simple Onion Onion in place of the chopped onion. Fat dropped to 11.2g, Carbs 24.2g, Calories dropped to 285.3, and Protein bumped to 25.3g.
