The high fiber content is from using Mission low-carb tortillas. I use them and they have 11 grams of dietary fiber (just checked the fridge).
I agree, looking at the ingredients there is no way that the fiber content could be 12, what is the calculation based on?????????
I'm confused about how much fiber this recipe is claiming to have...I haven't made it, but looking at what is listed as the ingredients there is no way there is 12 grams of fiber...? Are the tortillas super high fiber?
