Really good, the cheese is a little awkward, since it doesn't melt quite right, but I also just broke it up with my hands. I imagine if I cut into smaller pieces, it'll spread better. I added freshly cut parmesan curls, and some salt and pepper, and it was awesome! Will make again for sure!
