Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very easy to make. A great way to use up sour milk. I really like that there is no added sugar. I was short 1/4 C of the whole wheat flour so I substituted 1/4 C cream of wheat cereal and it worked fine.
Nice. My family likes pancakes a little sweet, so I added 2 Tbsp sugar. You could use Splenda.
Great way soured milk from going to waste!!
The cinnamon and nutmeg are a great way to add a sweet taste without sugar in the batter.
