This sounds wonderful...however, I agree with the previous poster that only eating a 2x2 square is a bit presumptuous, lol! I will probably cut it into 9-squares myself :) I will also replace the sugar with Splenda (love the stuff) and butter with reconstituted Butter Buds (love that stuff too!) Submitted by:

very good! I used skim milk, 4 egg whites instead of 2 eggs, and I didn't use butter at all. it took more than 60 minutes for it to cook entirely, but it was worth waiting for! very filling and extremely low-fat/low-cal. Submitted by:
