I had this soup at the Barn years ago and this is real close! It was very good, I did use reduced sodium boullion cubes to help reduce sodium. thanks for the memories!
Really liked this. Added Carrots and Celery. Would prob subsitute boullin cubes after seeing the amount of sodium in them...wow.
Really enjoyed this one for dinner as well as 2 days of lunch from the leftovers. We used fresh broccoli and it was awesome. Only problem was my husband added salt while my daughter was making it ----too much salt!
