Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I added a chopped onion, chunks of potato and some green beans because I found it to be a little bland. I also used unsalted beef bone broth. It was delicious.
Great recipe for diabetics, really low carbs.
Mmmmm! There is nothing better than a warm, hardy soup in Winter! I add white beans to my soup for more body and fiber!
Great with left over lean pork instead of the beef, although this will increase the fat content.
My kind of soup, easy to make and very tasty and low calorie!
Like mine a little saltier.
