I cut the calories further by using salsa rather than dressing. More authentic, too.
I love taco salad! but too many carbs for me.
Five stars are NOT enough!!!! This salad is in a rating scale all its own! I also find it to be well worth NOT buying the Doritos to add. I ate the ENTIRE big bag that was left from making yesterday's salad and had to go without today. It's still very good and at least 1,250 Calories fewer! :p
