Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was pretty good but I did not care for the yogurt in this; next time would add an egg. I made over the recipe with the following changes: fat free Greek yogurt instead of low fat; half the Parmesan cheese; subbed diced red pepper for celery. Came out at 332 calories instead of the 226 listed.
