Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Made as directed. I'm thinking the herb measurements were for fresh herbs? I used dried and felt they were way overboard in the amounts. Other than that the soup is tasty and low enough in calories that it can be used as a snack.
This is almost my exact recipe but I like the crushed red pepper. If someone's looking for high protein, low fat, and easy, this is your recipe.
