Add more/less curry to taste Add more/less curry to taste

    80 grams fat free fromage frais
    10 grams mustard of choice
    1 tea spoon curry powder of choice

Directions

Mixed all ingredients together.

Can be served straight away, or put in microwave for 30-60 second to take off chill.

    Really tasty. I used low fat creek yoghurt. Poured the sauce over cubed chicken and cooked for 20 minutes. - 9/21/10

    Have just had this for my evening meal. It was surprisingly good! OK I had to use creme fraiche instead of fromage frais as that's all I had but it made a really tasty meal - will certainly use this again. - 6/18/10
