Normally I don't like fish, but this was so tasty. I didn't have any breadcrumbs, so used crushed crackers instead. SIL suggested that we make it part of our normal dinner routine. I tried it with the oil this time, but will try without the oil next time. - 1/22/10

I tried it twice - once with olive oil and once without. Both times it was very delicious, but I prefer it without the oil since the fish ends up being much less greasy. Great recipe! - 11/12/09

I tried this out because I wanted to see if my 6 year old daughter would eat it. She hates breading on anything but doesn't like the talapia plain. She ate it breading and all. I loved it too. - 5/30/09

Well I made this last night and nobody liked it. Maybe with another type of fish. I used Egg Beaters instead of the "whole egg" to save some calories and I didn't use the oil. We all thought the fish was strong, but the coating was okay. - 4/14/10

This was good, but I don't think the breading mixtures are right. I ran out of breading and had to go over the fish with extra bread crumbs. Still tasted good though! - 1/16/09

    This was soo Yummy.

I had lot's of leftovers though- it's too much for even 2 people to make 8 fillets when you can only have 1 serving. Good for a family though.
