Ingredients

    8 (approx. 1 oz. ea.) boneless, skinless chicken tender strips

    1/3 c. liquid egg

    1/2 c. panko bread crumbs


Directions

Preheat oven to about 375 degrees. Place panko bread crumbs in one dish (a pie dish works very well) and the liquid eggs in a separate dish. Take chicken tenders and dredge through the liquid egg and then coat with the panko bread crumbs. Place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Depending on the oven, it may take about 35-40 minutes.

    These were good, but were bland, so definitely need a sauce. Will play with the spices next time to try and flavor them a bit more. Thanks for the recipe :)

    This is a great recipe. You can add the seasoning you prefer and great with dipping sauce. We used leom pepper seasoning and a non fat BBQ sauce. - 1/23/11
