Thanks so much for sharing this! I made it for dinner tonight and my husband & I both loved it. I was out of cornflakes but made it with bread crumbs. If it's this good with bread crumbs, I bet the corn flakes will be better still! Delicious! - 8/4/10

So glad you liked this. I've never tried it with bread crumbs, but that's a great substitute.

    Very Good
Very crunchy and tasty! Easy to make, kids would love to help! I din't make the dipping sauce because I enjoy them plain. I added some bran flake to my corn flake for added fiber and nutrients. - 9/9/10

    Very Good
My whole family really enjoyed this recipe. I had no corn flakes so I used bread crumbs, it would probably be even better with the corn flakes. - 9/9/10

    Incredible!
The whole family loved these. I accidentally put 1/2 tsp pepper so they had a lot of kick. I think next time I will add more honey. My 10 year old son said he wanted me to make them every night! - 9/2/10

    Incredible!
This was AMAZING!!! I love the crunch the corn flakes gave it! I added a little spice to mine by adding Tony seasoning to the chicken before I coated. Also used egg beaters instead of egg whites! Great recipe!!!! - 8/31/10
