I made this to suit my meal plan on the 6WBMO.I'm a type B. My husband is a C. I get one serving, he gets two.

Ingredients

2 pounds extra lean ground turkey breast
1.5 cups chopped bell peppers
1.5 cups chopped red onion
1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
1 stalk celery chopped
leaves from the celery hearts chopped
3 cloves garlic
4 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
fresh italian parsley
red pepper flakes (1 tsp for spicy)
6 oz red wine
1 box POMI strained tomatoes (750g)
1 can Hunt's no salt tomato paste
Directions
Put the turkey in a bowl and add the celery leaf, chopped fine, all the pepper, 1/2 the garlic and a portion of the other spices mix together with your hands until well blended.
Heat up your pan and start with just some onions/gr pepper/garlic - saute in a little wine and when it evaporates add the rest of the wine and the meat. Cover and let cook then turn the meat and cook other side. Crumble to desired size and then add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and let cook over med heat.
Makes 8 1-1/4 cup or 16 3/4 c. servings
