    Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp.

Directions

Place parmesan cheese in pile on greased parchment paper. flatten top of cheese so it is a more uniform pile. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Either serve flat or drape over bottom of small cup to make a bowl, Then you can fill with salsa or other items.

    Being a low carber, :), these are my answer to much missed potato chips! Love them. I also sometimes sprinkle some spices on top for different flavoring, such as garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley, or fresh ground pepper. At times I'll even sprinkle with all the above! - 9/1/10

    Yum! I just happened to have some parm in the fridge and decided to give it a go! I have also heard this with sliced cheese broken into small pieces to make cheezy "crackers" - 10/6/10
