I used Fiber One bran cereal, made into crumbs, along with Old Bay seasoning. And just sprayed the Basa Swai fish with Olive oil spray and dredged that in the crumb mixture. I try to make this at least once a week, with leftovers to take to lunch. - 6/19/09

I have such a hard time cooking fish. This is a great recipe. I subtracted one star just because I think that the seasoning mixed with the bread crumbs needs to be adjusted a bit. I'll probably add some additional spices next time. - 5/3/10

It was very good - I used it for chicken because I had two chicken breasts that I had to cook, and used Zesta crackers (multi-grain) for the bread crumbs. I thought that it would have less than a desireable taste, but it was flavorful and was quite crispy. The family was impressed. - 9/19/12
