8 oz Fish (usually Tilapia or Orange Roughy)
1/4 Cup Milk
1 TBS Parmesan Cheese
2 TBS Bread Crumbs
1/4 tsp Paprika
Directions
Preheat Oven 450 degrees
On plate mix cheese, breadcrumbs and paprika.
Dip fish in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange fish on baking sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees

Delish! Used tilapia, panko for the breading, and old bay seasoning. DH loved it, and I actually had the leftovers for the next two days for breakfast! Served with "fries" (sliced up a baking potato into fries, sprayed with olive oil Pam, and seasoned with Trader Joe's everyday seasoning, & squas - 1/22/11

This was so easy and so good! I used a bit of Cajun blackening spice and a sprinkling of Shore Lunch instead of the breadcrumbs (I was out). This recipe was amazing.
