Introduction

It is a very good soup and hits the spot on cold winter days. I've included this and a few other Olive Garden-inspired recipes on the site for all of our visitors that enjoy eating at the restaurant chain. In my opinion, making these recipes at home makes them even better than the ones you eat at the restaurant! :) It is a very good soup and hits the spot on cold winter days. Incredible!
This was great and tasted as good or even better than the Olive Garden. I used ground red pepper instead of crushed red pepper and it came out too spicy. If you want to use ground red pepper, do not use the full amount! I added another cup of heavy cream and this calmed the spice. So good! - 8/16/15
