Fruit salad with a kick!!! Fruit salad with a kick!!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 Oranges
    1 medium banana
    1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed
    1 cup seedless red grapes
    1/4 Cup shredded coconut
    Juice of 1 lime
    Large splash cognac (2 oz.)

Directions

Peel oranges with a knife and cut into pieces over a large bowl to retain juice.
Cut fresh pineapple into bite-size cubes; slice banana and add grapes.
Add coconut and lime juice and toss.
Sprinkle with cognac (optional) for additional flavor.
Serve chilled.

    Have not made it but I definetly will,I think Iwil use cherries instead of grapes,and coconut milk instead of the alocohol(makes it creamy,but much healthier than whipped cream) - 9/15/09

    Sounds great will make will not add cognac
    I make one like this but with sour cream and a package of jello. This one sounds much better for you.

    OMG...sounds incredibly delicious. Might change the Cognac for Di Sarona (Amaretto). Not a Cognac fan, but the combination of fruits sounds wonderful, especially with Spring/Summer on the way. - 3/21/08
