This was the EASIEST recipe to make and yummiest..Heck my husband doesn't even cook and he didn't even mess it up when I had him make it!! I sliced up the leftover meat and turned it into a wrap with some lettuce and shredded cheese. - 1/14/10

I made these last night and we really enjoyed them. My husband loves meat with bread crumbs so I wasn't sure if he would like these but he raved about them and took the leftovers for lunch. I served them with a baked sweet potato and baked beans. Thanks for a fast, delicious and easy recipe. - 10/20/09

Very good recipe. I use Dijon mustard and cook for 20 mins, then run under the broiler to get a crispy crust. Cooking on aluminum foil snakes (to get pork out of the juices) in a disposable aluminum baking pan (I know it's wasteful but I'm under a lot of pressure at the moment) means no clean-up. - 12/28/10

I'm surprised this got good reviews. I was expecting it to much better. It was just okay. The sauce melts and runs off so it really doesn't add much flavor to a plain pork chop. (even if you dip it in the run off stuff) - 8/27/11

This was really easy and very delicious. The time/temp was a bit off for me. Pork should be cooked to at least 140 degrees, but after cooking at 350 for 25 min, it only got to maybe 100 degrees, I had to turn the oven up to 400 and cook for an add'l 25 mins to get the pork to a safe temp. - 10/29/12

I have the brown sugar/mustard pork chops in the oven right now. The pork chops are center cut and 25 minutes is definitely not enough time to make pork chops tender! I extended the cooking time 30 minutes and still not tender! So, we'll see how long it takes to get these chops tender. Rate later. - 4/20/12

I give this 2 stars for being super easy. But from the reviews I was expecting to be blown away. I wasn't. Although the end product tasted OK, it was not very pretty to look at. I put them under the broiler to try to make them appear more appetizing. I probably wouldn't make them again. - 2/13/12

The pork stayed nice and moist and my husband commented that it tasted like restaurant honey mustard. I will definitely be making this one again! Thanks! - 3/2/10

I'm making it tonight but instead of using pork chops, I'm using chicken thighs. I'm marinating them in the sauce for 45 minutes before I cook them, and I'll cook them a little more than 25 minutes. I'll come back and leave a rating after the family tries it. - 4/18/17

This had a nice flavor. I bet the sauce would have been even better if it had cooked longer, but I had really thin sliced pork chops and I didn't want the meat to turn into hockey pucks so I had to shorten the cooking time. - 5/10/16
