I made these last night and we really enjoyed them. My husband loves meat with bread crumbs so I wasn't sure if he would like these but he raved about them and took the leftovers for lunch. I served them with a baked sweet potato and baked beans. Thanks for a fast, delicious and easy recipe. - 10/20/09

Very good recipe. I use Dijon mustard and cook for 20 mins, then run under the broiler to get a crispy crust. Cooking on aluminum foil snakes (to get pork out of the juices) in a disposable aluminum baking pan (I know it's wasteful but I'm under a lot of pressure at the moment) means no clean-up. - 12/28/10

I printed this and because I still work and my DH is retired, dinner is ready for me when I get home. He made this today, he found it easy to make and he loved it. I loved it too, he will definitely make this again - he is also going to try it on boneless skinless chicken breast. Thank you. - 6/14/10

This was really easy and very delicious. The time/temp was a bit off for me. Pork should be cooked to at least 140 degrees, but after cooking at 350 for 25 min, it only got to maybe 100 degrees, I had to turn the oven up to 400 and cook for an add'l 25 mins to get the pork to a safe temp. - 10/29/12

I have the brown sugar/mustard pork chops in the oven right now. The pork chops are center cut and 25 minutes is definitely not enough time to make pork chops tender! I extended the cooking time 30 minutes and still not tender! So, we'll see how long it takes to get these chops tender. Rate later. - 4/20/12

My husband and I loved this, as did our oldest daughter. The youngest didn't like the mustard but she is a very picky eater to begin with. The pork stayed nice and moist and my husband commented that it tasted like restaurant honey mustard. I will definitely be making this one again! Thanks! - 3/2/10

I always hate it when people rate a recipe then say oh but I changed this, but this recipe is a great jumping off point. I did a recipe makeover so I could track it. I knew just looking at it it'd be too sweet so I halved the sugar added ground chili peppers, garlic powder and a sliced onion. I had - 10/18/16

This recipe really surprised me! It turns out that I liked it more than anyone else in my family, and I don't much care for mustard. My daughter didn't care for it, and she open mindedly tries everything. My DH thought it was just ok. I'll make this again, as it's easy and I enjoyed it, but it's not - 8/1/16
