I made the recipe per instructions. It had a pretty good flavor but needed something "extra". It was plenty moist enough. I used red, yellow and orange peppers but because of the carrots--it was a bit too orange! Very easy to make and a good base recipe for a variety of different flavor combos. - 4/30/19

I did think the original sounded bland, so I combined a few suggestions people had put on here. I added chicken broth to the couscous, garlic and cumin to the veggies (used broccoli and added mushrooms), and sauteed the chicken in teriyaki before adding! Not bad! Seems healthy and filling! - 4/13/13

The veggies added more to the plate. The chicken was already cooked in a combo of teriyaki & bbq sauce, so it had its own flavor. I didn't have to add anything. I sauteed the carrots first, then added the green peppers, and lastly added the onion. Used a red onion which gave it even more flavor. - 1/23/12
