Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I figured the 1 cup of couscous was after it was cooked and even then, we divided the recipe into 3 for 156 calories each and it was a good quantity.
Very good. Added 1/4 t. cumin for some kick. Also added 1 can of pinto beans for extra protein. Will make again.
Is this recipe supposed to be 1 cup PREPARED couscous? If I try and confirm the nutritional value I get 150 calories for 1/4 cup UN prepared couscous so I'm not sure how the creator of the recipe gets 30 calories for 1/4 cup.
Now this is what I'm talking about low calories and a pasta dish to boot.Yeah!!!!
This looks delicious! We love couscous and if you can find whole wheat, you'll get more fiber. We think it even tastes better.
