Ingredients

3-4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into small, bite-size chunks
1 10oz or larger bag of frozen brocolli florets
1 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom (condensed soup)
3/4 cup of water (to mix with condensed soup)
1 tube of 10 or 2 tubes of 5 Grand's buttermilk flaky buscuits
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste. You may also add some pepperccini's/banana peppers for a kick or on the side.
(Shredded low-fat cheese optional to top over buscuits - not calculated in this recipe!)

Directions

Makes 8-10 Servings. Calories are calculated on 8 servings just to be safe!

Heat oven to 400 F.
Stir soup and water together in a small bowl.
Combine chicken, brocolli, soup, salt and papper (or pepperccini/banana peppers for a kick) together in a casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Take out of oven and top with buscuits for the recommended time on pkg, usualy, 375/400 F for 5-7 minutes or so. (Again, this is where you can also top with low-fat shredded cheese if you so choose, but this will up the calories.)

Enjoy!~ My family's favorite dinner!

This recipe looks great! I look forward to making it really soon. When you combine chicken, brocolli, soup, salt and pepper is the chicken raw at this point or already cooked? Thanks!! - 7/21/11
