Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fresh or frozen green beans 3 cups
    Campbell's Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup 1 can
    Skim Milk 4 oz
    Medium onion 1
    Soy Sauce 1 tsp
    Pepper dash

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
If using fresh green beans, boil for 12 minutes, if using frozen, defrost
Saute onion in cooking spray
Mix all ingredients well in 8-10 inch casserole dish
Bake for 25 minutes
Enjoy!!
Makes approx 4 servings and is a great alternative to the traditional casserole minus the deep fried onions

    Sweetie, this is a great recipe! I used frozen green beans and low sodium soy sauce, a bit more pepper to taste. A great addition to the holiday menu. I served the french fried onion rings in a bowl for those who wanted to sprinkle some on their serving. Thank you for sharing! Yummy.. - 11/26/08

    Very Yummy! I made this casserole dish into a vegetarian meal. I used fresh green beans, added cooked rice and sprinkled a small amount of cheese on top. I added the extra calories etc separately on my nutrition food log. Will be making this dish again! Thank you! - 7/10/09

    Very easy to make. I did as the other lady and just set the fried onion rings next to the dish and let people add them if they wanted. - 12/7/08
