Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked

    2 cups diced celery

    as many grapes as you'd like, chopped into halves or quarters (if you like)

    poppyseed dressing, to taste (but be reasonable!) about 1/4 cup


Directions

chop up chicken and cook it up on the stove (until there isn't any "pink" left)

refrigerate while you dice celery and chop grapes

mix all up, adding dressing, and divide into six containers and refrigerate for a yummy, healthy, anytime treat!

    Wow! I used this in a wrap and it is better than the chicken salad wrap sold by a well-known fast food restaurant! I added a bit of chopped apple. - 9/10/07
