This was really good. I did what another reviewer said and browned the fish and then baked it...very good! - 1/9/11

I made this tonight for supper. After it browned I put it in the oven to make sure the fish was throughly cooked. It was wonderful especially with a little bit of lemon juice on it. - 12/31/10

Very good and easy. Next time i will sprinkle the seasoning all over the fish before dipping in the cornmeal to increase the flavor. - 3/5/10

This was very quick and I was surprised at how well it "fried" up with just a squirt of vegetable spray in the nonstick pan. Both my husband and 23 year old son thought it was good. - 1/22/10

This is super good! I've made it more than once. I use Tony Chachere's seasoning. The sodium count isn't accurate here though since the seasoning wasn't calculated. So remember that when you put it on your nutrition tracker/meal plan. - 7/10/09
