Ingredients

    1/4 cup raw shred (unsweet) coconut
    1 cup filtered tap water
    1 full mango, peeled and sliced
    1 apple, chunked
    1/4 cup soaked almonds
    1/2 raw beet, cleand and halved

Directions

Blend all ingredients in BlendTec Blender, add 3/4 cup ice cubes if desired chilled. Drink up!
