Ingredients

    1/2 cup white rice, par boil
    1/4 cup raw onion, diced
    1/8 cup skim milk
    2 oz velvetta cheese, diced
    1 TBS best life margarine
    2 cups frozen broccoli florets
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a prepared casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
