Ingredients

    100% whole wheat flour, 2 cup (i used SUJATA , chakki atta)
    salt- 1tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

knead the dough with water and keep it for 20 mins.
make small rolls out of this dough and using a pin roll flatten them untill 2-4mm thick. ( like tortillas)
put on a hot flat pan and cook from both sides.

    one of the fasted making bread is roti, this is often called indian roti. Information is useful and nothing more would require for making simple roti. - 9/8/16

    Hey,

    here is a little more info. :)

    i used finer wheat flour. it has serving size of 0.25 cup and i used 2 cups
    You just add Salt before water to knead the dough.
    Keep the dough for 20 mins for a softer dough.
