Ingredients

    1 med. apple, cored and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (or to taste)
    1 packet of Splenda (or to taste)
    Butter Flavored cooking spray

Directions

Spray a microwave baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place thinly sliced apples in a single layer in baking dish. Spray apples with butter flavored cooking spray. Mix cinnamon and splenda in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over apples evenly. Microwave for 2-3 minutes checking about every minute until apples are as soft as you would like them.

    Made this for my kids this morning. They LOVED it and said to make it every day! It tastes just like warm apple pie w/o the crust and w/o the calories! The best thing of all is it's healthy but it doesn't taste like it! :) - 9/13/09
