Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 12 oz
Barilla Plus Angel Hair, 6 oz dry
Frozen French Cut Green Beans, 4 cups
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup
Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2 tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

To step this up a notch on the health scale ---Add more steamed vegies on the side. Also, to support your local farmer... replace w/ fresh vegies from your local farmers market when you've got the time to prepare. This particular recipe is helpful when you've only got 30 minutes to get it on the table!!!

Directions

Slice pork loin into 1/2" slices, then cut them across the grain into ribbons.
In a skillet, spread olive oil and heat while adding the pork ribbons. Add the Teriyaki seasoning and cook covered on medium heat while chopping onions, add to meat. Continue cooking meat - covered, while preparing water for pasta. Heat salt & measure out the pasta. Once the water comes to a boil add noodles after the meat has cooked for 20 minutes. Put frozen vegies into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. When noodles are just about done, drain and add to the meat. Put partially cooked vegies into the mix and mix together. Add the additional soy sauce and cover - cook until vegies are complete.
This recipe yields 8 cups, 1 cup = 1 serving. Enjoy!

I had peapods instead of peas and carrots (and green beans), added some red & yellow peppers and it was delish! Need to add garlic to it next time, though. :) - 1/19/09

I didn't have green beans or peas and carrots but had an asian medley mix and used that. Worked pretty well. Added some ginger and garlic and all liked pretty well including my kids! A nice new way to cook pork! - 4/27/10
