Ingredients

    2 lb. Flank Steak
    2 T. Olive Oil
    6 tsp. Worestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    2 Cloves Garlic
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Score meat on both sides about a half an inch apart. Combine oil, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Baste meat with sauce on both sides. Set oven to 350, cook for 15 minutes, depending on thickness, turn meat over, apply more sauce, cook another 15 minutes. Better results when you use a broiling pan.

This was a fantastic recipe! We had a very thick steak so cooked it 20 minutes on each side, it came out just slightly pink and very juicy and flavorful. All 7 in our family loved it! - 9/17/09

SO YUMMY! However I had to cook it over twice as long to get all the pink out. I added some kraft free caesar italian dressing... YUMMM! The bf says my london broil is more flavorful than my mom's now! Thanks! Who knew it was so easy! Goes great w/ low-cal mashed potatoes! - 8/14/09
