Ingredients

4 slices uncured, unsmoked, unsalted bacon (diced)
1 medium onion, diced
1 pound cauliflower florets (about 1/2 head)
2 cups fish stock
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 lb cooked mussels
100 grams cooked baby shrimp
155 grams baby clams
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/3 tsp paprika
sea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large deep skillet fry bacon. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add fish stock and cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
