The title says it all :) This has lots of potassium, vitamins A and C, folate, some manganese (which help assimilate your B vitamins).
Make sure to check out "Cinnamon Tortilla Chips", for chips to eat this with.

*I substituted lemon instead of using lime, because that is what I had on hand.
Cooked shrimp is mixed with the crushed garlic, chopped cilantro and lime juice and left to marinate for about 1 hour.
