    Romain Lettuce Heart (2)
    Carrots (2 Medium - peeled and diced)
    Celery (3 stalks - chopped)
    Red Bell Pepper 1/2 diced or sliced (Sweet not Chili)
    Sliced Almonds (unsalted) 1/2 cup
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning - to taste
    Juice of 1/2 Lime (fresh)

Tips

Also quite yummy if you add a can of tuna (in water not oil), grilled salmon, or grilled chicken breast.


Directions

Chop all veggies, add lemon pepper, add lime juice - ENJOY!
