Ingredients

    Wild Salmon, canned, 14.9oz can
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Prep:
dice garlic or mash in a press
remove skin and bones from the salmon

Cooking:
In a medium frying pan on medium heat heat oil and garlic until garlic begins to brown
add salmon then basil ans stir frequently
after 20 minutes add lime juice
