Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.50 cup Salsa
    3 tsp Garlic
    0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    16 oz 96 % Extra Lean Ground Beef (by LUCIDSPLENDOR)
    .75 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended well.

3. Roll into 6 small balls and place into Pam-sprayed muffin tin.

4. Drizzle a small amount of ketchup over each "muffin."

5. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
