Ingredients

    1 cup carrots sliced
    2 green onions sliced
    1/2 cup celery
    1 pakage bean sprouts
    1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
    1/2 zucchini sliced
    1 egg scrambled
    1 tsp toasted sesame
    1 tbl lite soy sauce
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 tsp ginger minced
    2 cups cooked rice

Directions

While your rice is cooking prep cut all your vegtables. Add a little cooking spread or olive oil to a wok or saute pan and add ginger, garlic, carrot, zucchini, and onion to the pan. After a few minutes add the rest of the vegtables. When vegtables are almost done make room to one side and scramble your egg.

Finally add rice, soy sauce, and sesame and combine.
