    Incredible!
This recipe is fabulous! I halved the recipe except for the yogurt in which I used a 6 oz container of Dannon LIght and Fit Vanilla Fat Free yogurt. I also did not use the nutmeg or cinnamon. It was enough for the four of us to have a 1/2 cup serving with a little left over. Everyone enjoyed! - 2/3/12

    Good
Way too much cinnamon, IMO to eat by itself. Awesome with vanilla yogurt, however! - 4/1/11

Honestly the cinnamon is a guestimate. Feel free to add what you think makes it taste good :)

    Incredible!
Loved this recipe! Made and shared it with a nutrional group at my gym and they loved it too. Good with or without the walnuts and can be enjoyed with Greek yogurt too so as to add to the protien values. Highly recommend! - 1/28/09

Thanks! I've also found adding some diced grilled chicken to this salad is AWESOME!
