This recipe is fabulous! I halved the recipe except for the yogurt in which I used a 6 oz container of Dannon LIght and Fit Vanilla Fat Free yogurt. I also did not use the nutmeg or cinnamon. It was enough for the four of us to have a 1/2 cup serving with a little left over. Everyone enjoyed!
I used nonfat vanilla yogurt and subbed 2 granny smiths for 2 of the fuji and it turned out really well! Even my picky DD's liked it! :)
