I just mixed all this up last night and cooked them this morning. How YUMMY!
I am not a fan of cottage cheese but I had some I had to use before it went bad. I am glad I did I will be making these more often!
The low carbs is great since my body can't burn them properly. hanks for the idea! - 8/26/08

I let sit overnight, added extra flour, vanilla, cinnamon, a little splenda, and fresh blueberries. I try to make a small first pancake because the first one usually doesn't turn out, but the rest are great! Warm strawberries on top. Creamy inside, hoping the frozen leftovers are good too! - 4/14/08

I read the reviews first and took the advice of adding cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, wheat flour, oats and a tbsp wheat germ . I also whipped the cheese in a food processor. They do take about 10 minutes on each side but are a great alternative. Yummy with Splenda or syrup and egg whites on the side - 4/7/08

The 1st 2 were really soft in the center...and I never saw any bubbles to indicate they were cooking through. The 3rd one was just right but it took me 15 min of cooking time on low to make sure the inside of the pancake was cooked to the right consistency. I added NatraTaste, cinnamon, & vanilla. - 4/2/08

Love them! Nice protein source for breakfast (or dinner!) ... I make a big batch of these every few weeks and freeze them for meals in a hurry. Perfect every time! Can change up with spices for even more versatility, make them savory or sweet with added cinnamon and sugar, or diff. herbs and spices. - 3/31/08

Very good! I used whole wheat flour, added Splenda & some apple pie spice & mixed it all in the food processor until the batter was smooth & creamy. If my hausband hadn't see me buy the cottage cheese, he would have never known it was in there. Served with Promise light & sugar free syrup. Great! - 3/30/08

Based on a normal pancake recipe and previous comments, I added 1/4c. of splenda. (That's 1/2T. for each pancake to add to your tracker.) I used 1/4c. measure to dump the dough, too, but not leveled, and mine made 8 pancakes. 3 min, below MEd Heat. Try freezing them &popping them in the toaster. - 3/28/08
