I made these a few weeks ago and my spouse, who is really tired of pork, loved them! I'm making them for dinner again tonight - marinating now. I like that it's made with ingredients that I usually have in the house. - 2/6/10

Sorry, but didn't care for this at all. I cannot believe this recipe calls for 2 Tbs of pepper. I used only 1 tsp and it was still WAY too much. I did reduce the amount of oil some to reduce calories. It was also pretty salty tasting, even though we used lite, low-sodium soy sauce. - 8/19/11

Excellent. I marinated it for about 3 hours. I made some minor adjustments. I only used 1tbsp of peper. I did not have lemon juice or a fresh lemon so I used lime juice and I used olive oil instead od conola oil. The family loved it and my kids even ate it! - 9/16/09

Very yummy! My family kept calling them "steak." Too bad the fat content in pork is so high or we'd eat these one a week. - 10/1/08

This was soooooo tasty! I only used 1 Tbsp of oil (to cut calories) and half of the pepper (so as not to burn my mouth)...it still worked out great. The whole family loved it. Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 8/13/08

Very good, only I didn't have any soy sauce, so I substituted half A-1 and half whorshire sauce. Very flavorful. Oh, and I only used half the pepper. - 4/28/08

The pork chops were wonderful with this marinade, but a little too peppery. Next time we're going to cut the pepper in half. - 3/21/08

I am going to try this recipe this evening. The marinade has all the spices that I love and I know that this would just be awesome on chicken! It is 20 degrees outside but I still plan to grill these beauties! - 3/5/08

This recipe is fantastic. The chops were sooooooooo moist (I marinated them all day). My husband only eats pork chops if they are smothered in gravy, and he ate his without any gravy or complaints. - 3/1/08

Excellent - although I only marinated for 1 1/2 hours so I think it will be better with longer marinating. Also, I cooked in the oven because it's 20 degrees out!!! I cut the oil to 1 TBSP and it really was the best pork chop marinade I have ever had - 2/20/08

Simple to make and very flavorful! I used fresh squeezed lemon juice and marinated all day. I seared them in a pre-headed, cast iron pan on the stove and then moved the pan to the oven and baked them for around 20 mins. They were tender and delicious! - 1/29/12
