Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) box fat-free instant white chocolate pudding*
    2 cups skim milk
3 peaches, peeled, chopped, and pureed**
18 (1.25 fluid ounce) paper cups
    18 craft sticks

    * Feel free to vary the pudding flavor.

    **Or swap in pureed berries.

Tips

Swap in any fruit or pudding flavor you'd like! I used a sugar-free variety, but you can use a regular pudding. (Create a recipe makeover and adjust the nutrition info accordingly.)

Directions

Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the box. Puree the peaches in a blender, then add to the prepared pudding. Divide the mixture among the cups, place a craft stick upright in each one, and freeze for 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 18 servings

Note: You can also place a strawberry in the bottom of each cup like I did!

These were super easy to make, but a very small size. I ended up making the portion sizes bigger, especially since they were so low in calories! - 6/25/13

I made a simpler version with only 2 ingredients, a bag of frozen peaches and white choc sugar-free fat-free pudding. Thaw peaches, run through blender. In bowl, stir peaches and dry mix. Instead of cups, I used a muffin tin. Let set a couple minutes, add popsicle sticks; freeze. Big hit here! - 9/3/13

I found them messy as well so i just ditched the "pop" and eat it like ice cream .. great low carb treat! I kept them small making them bigger would have been to much carbs! Great idea .. I MISS ICE CREAM this helped! - 7/3/13

I made a different variation of this in which I just sliced up a banana and some strawberries, put a toothpick through it, dipped it into sugar-free 'cheesecake' flavored pudding and put them in the freezer. - 7/3/13

I get extremely frustrated when I am looking for a recipe based on ratings but the rating people give it is not based on the product. If you do not want to use prepackaged food move to the next recipe. Some of us do not have the time or financial means to make everything from home. A great recipe! - 5/9/15

This recipe is great as you are able to mix and match to come up with just about any wholesome healthy treat. This is such a great family treat that I bet that kids won't even know they are getting "healthy treat". Can't believe the low calorie count either. - 6/25/13

These pops were so good - reminded me of pudding pops they used to sell! I couldn't find white chocolate sugar free mix, so I used vanilla, and added in some blueberries. Really good! Going to try w/chocolate pudding and strawberries next time! Thanks for a great recipe - I will make these often! - 7/17/13
