Ingredients

    1 pound leanest ground beef
    1 jar prego Italian Meat Sauce
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
    1 1/2 cups Pasta Shells

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 350. Bring pot water to a boil. Add 1 1/2 cups pasta shells and boil until done about 10-12 minutes.

2) While waiting for water to boil, brown ground beef in a pan with ggreen peppers and onion until no pink in the meat. Drain off any grease. Add jar of Prego and mushrooms to meat, stir and simmer over medium low heat for about 15 minutes.

3) Drain water from shells, stir in meat sauce and mix well.

4) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated parmesan if so desired.

    This sounds really good... we make a similar version using "Manwich" instead of the spaghetti sauce (already has the peppers and onions). - 3/19/08
