Ingredients

    9 oz Mini Pretzel
    1 Medium Can Planter's Cashews (Original)
    1 Medium Can Planter's Honey Roasted Peanuts
    2 Sticks Butter
    1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
    1/2 C Corn Syrup (Light OR Dark)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Normal Sized Box Crispix (the one with 12 servings)

Directions

Pour Crispix, Honey Roasted Peanuts, Cashews into a large bowl.
In a small pan, melt the butter, sugar, and corn syrup over high heat. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes and lower the heat two minute before it's done. Mixture should be sort of foamy.
When the syrup is done, add a tsp of vanilla extract.
Pour mixture in large bowl with dry ingredients and stir until everything's covered.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
