Introduction
It's a healthy, humane (though not technically vegan) and still yummy chocolate cake - so you can eat it every day. Uses bananas and apple sauce instead of butter and tastes great. Ingredients

4 eggs (free roaming)
1/3-2/3 cup real maple syrup (grade B is most nutritious)
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/3-2/3 cup apple sauce (I don't actually measure...)
1 tablespoon canoloa oil
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon Ghiradelli cocoa powder (you can add more if you like - I'm still working on ratios)
2 handfuls of Ghiradelli chocolate chips (semi sweet)
Mix wet ingredients together and blend with beater
Mix dry ingredient together then add to wet ingredients and blend some more
Grease square 9X9 pan with canoloa oil and add cake mix. Cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Tips
I'm on a quest for a variation that is more brownie like - and this is early R&D! Feel free to experiment. Perhaps fewer eggs, more chocolate...
