Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Apples, 4 small
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp.
    Water, 1/8 cup
    Cinnamon, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Core and slice apples. Place in baking dish. Top with remaining ingredients. Cover, bake 20 minutes, remove and stir, and then bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.

    Used light butter, and a splenda/brown sugar mix for even lower calories- no one could taste the difference- and added chopped walnuts. So good!! I ate all four in the same day! :) - 10/17/11
