    1 Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)

    Salsa, 3 tbsp

    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp

Directions

Bake the potato microwave, split it open and add salsa then sour cream on top. Enjoy.
